New Standard Shows Dual Approach to Companies’ ESG Reporting

A new sustainability reporting standard for agriculture shows how different approaches to sustainability disclosure can work together, according to a leading voluntary standard-setter.

The Global Reporting Initiative, whose voluntary standards are the most widely used by companies throughout the world, released the new standard—GRI 13: Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fishing Sectors 2022—on Tuesday.
