Global ESG Standard-Setter Gets Quorum Ahead of First Meeting

The International Sustainability Standards Board is taking on two new members, it said Friday, meaning the new body will have enough people in place to make decisions when it meets next month for the first time.

The additions bring the ISSB to a quorum of eight members, the IFRS Foundation trustees said in a statement. The board expects to announce more members in July, and to be up to its full complement of 14 by September.
