The International Sustainability Standards Board announced four new members Wednesday and said it would have a quorum of eight members in place by the time of its first meeting July 18.
The appointments mean the ISSB, which is setting sustainability reporting standards for companies, will have six of its 14 planned members in place by July 1. It needs to have eight members to make decisions, and confirmed it would bring two others on by the meeting date and others by September.
